Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Support audits by gathering documentation and preparing schedules
- Analyze financial data for discrepancies and recommend solutions
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP) for daily operations
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- QuickBooks or ERP software familiarity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
