Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and month-end close procedures.
- Assist in the organization and filing of financial documents and tax records.
- Perform data entry and ensure data integrity within accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
