Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliation activities
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks proficiency preferred)
- Support audit preparation by organizing financial documentation
- Contribute to budget tracking and variance analysis under supervision
- Handle data entry and ensure data integrity across financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting inquiries
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
