Responsibilities
- Assist with daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Assist with year-end tax filings and audit documentation.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
