As a key member of our team, you will ensure the accuracy of our financial records and provide critical support to our operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly and weekly bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and budget reports.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records and tax documentation.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries and adjusting entries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is mandatory.
- Experience with SAP or NetSuite is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
