Responsibilities
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Prepare basic financial reports and supporting schedules for management review.
- Support the tax department with documentation and filing preparation.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internships welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledger concepts.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
