Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the general ledger and financial reporting.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Support the month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring all reconciliations are complete.
- Prepare and analyze basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and accounting cycles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
