Responsibilities
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, including coding invoices and processing payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Support the preparation of tax returns and audit schedules.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts within our ERP system.
- Review and reconcile discrepancies in financial data with the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with QuickBooks or Sage is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
