Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and reconcile accounts
- Support audit procedures by compiling financial documentation
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry and reporting
- Conduct variance analysis and assist with budget forecasting
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure GAAP compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting experience (internship acceptable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
