Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date financial records in the company ledger.
- Support the accounting team with bank reconciliations and general ledger preparation.
- Prepare, organize, and file financial documents, invoices, and receipts efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and federal accounting regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
