Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and maintain financial records, invoices, and receipts in digital systems.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation under supervision.
- Perform basic data entry and Excel reporting tasks to support the finance department.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot numerical errors.
