Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process by gathering and analyzing financial data.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all financial documents.
- Assist external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Generate standard financial reports and assist in variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn new accounting software and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
