Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliation
- Maintain and organize financial records in compliance with GAAP
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Perform data entry and maintain digital filing systems
- Contribute to financial reporting under supervision
- Learn and utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel daily
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or pursuing)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., debits/credits)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to learn new software quickly (QuickBooks training provided)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
