Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank statements and general ledgers
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation preparation
- Enter financial data into accounting software (QuickBooks/MS Dynamics)
- Generate standard financial reports and assist with audits
- Respond to client/vendor inquiries regarding financial transactions
- Adhere to GAAP principles and maintain strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with basic formula knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
- Ability to learn accounting software quickly through training
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach and team player mentality
- Willingness to pursue CPA/CMA certification with company support
- Must pass background check and drug screening
