Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Perform complex reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
- Maintain internal controls and audit trails.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
