Responsibilities
- Perform monthly account reconciliations for client portfolios and internal systems
- Assist with financial statement preparation and audit documentation
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Utilize QuickBooks and SAP for transaction recording and reporting
- Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual financial performance
- Support tax preparation activities and compliance documentation
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical precision
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn
- Valid Colorado CPA exam eligibility preferred
