Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end close procedures
- Assist with financial reporting and preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Process payroll accurately and maintain compliance with federal/state regulations
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle) for transaction processing and data analysis
- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience
