Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts with precision
- Process payroll and tax filings under supervision
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks software
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Communicate financial data clearly to clients and team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred but not mandatory
