Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to diverse clientele, resolving account inquiries efficiently
- Promote bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Maintain security protocols for cash handling and confidential information
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions according to bank standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
