Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Support payroll processing and tax compliance tasks
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor management
- Contribute to audit fieldwork and documentation preparation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) for data entry
- Adhere to GAAP standards and firm compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
