Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement accounting controls and SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience in public/private sector
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with VBA
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IRS regulations, and SOX
