Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and cash flow management
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation under CPA guidance
- Conduct variance analysis and financial reporting for client portfolios
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with audit teams during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (2023-2024 graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (Sage 100 a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with high accuracy in numerical data handling
- Excellent written/verbal communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- 1+ internship or academic accounting project experience preferred
