Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Support accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor management
- Conduct financial audits and maintain organized documentation systems
- Collaborate with senior accountants on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Implement and improve accounting workflows using QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred but not required
