Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and manage vendor relationships
- Conduct data entry in accounting software with precision and timeliness
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation requirements
- Analyze financial data trends and prepare variance reports for review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
