Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation for diverse client portfolios
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry and reporting
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client deliverables and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software platforms
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in numerical analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
