Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks and SAP
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable and receivable with precision
- Prepare bank reconciliations and support audit processes
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Recent accounting/finance graduate or career changer welcome
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- QuickBooks familiarity preferred; training provided
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to pursue CPA/CMA certification long-term
