Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation
- Perform payroll processing and tax compliance tasks
- Manage general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics) for data entry
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis projects

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
