Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs adhering to federal regulations (FINRA, SEC, OCC)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits across financial operations
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Train staff on regulatory updates and compliance best practices
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective action plans
- Collaborate with legal and risk management teams on policy development
- Stay current on industry regulations through continuous research
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and AML protocols
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in compliance software and reporting tools
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English/Spanish
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
