Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and variance analysis
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries using QuickBooks and SAP
- Support audit preparations and documentation requests
- Analyze financial data for budget forecasting and cost optimization
- Collaborate on tax compliance filings and regulatory reporting
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Participate in cross-departmental financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA exam candidates or CPA holders preferred
