Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and balance sheet accounts
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA or CPA candidacy preferred
