Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and journal entries
- Support tax documentation preparation and compliance
- Maintain digital financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Perform basic data analysis for financial reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Participate in ongoing accounting software training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to learn new accounting technologies quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for occasional client visits)
