Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions with precision
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting documentation
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support accounts payable/receivable operations and vendor management
- Prepare and analyze financial data for internal audits
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle) for daily tasks

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or related field)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting fundamentals
