Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions using QuickBooks
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements under senior accountant guidance
- Support tax documentation and compliance audits
- Manage vendor contracts and expense reporting systems
- Participate in financial analysis projects for clients
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
