- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and Excel
- Prepare basic financial statements and audit schedules
- Support tax preparation processes under CPA guidance
- Adhere to GAAP compliance and internal controls
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- QuickBooks familiarity preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (client travel required)
