Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports under senior guidance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance documentation
- Support internal audits and maintain organized financial records
- Learn and implement accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of professional experience (students welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
