Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with attention to detail
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and journal entry maintenance
- Support audit preparation by organizing financial documentation
- Maintain digital accounting records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Contribute to budget variance analysis and financial reporting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or academic experience
