Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements for small to mid-sized businesses
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software for transaction recording
- Contribute to tax preparation assistance and compliance documentation
- Participate in month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical detail
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
