Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting preparation
- Support audit processes by gathering documentation and ensuring compliance
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for accurate data entry
- Analyze financial trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with tax teams for quarterly filings and year-end preparations
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
