Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles ensuring timely processing and accuracy
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledger, and subsidiary ledgers
- Assist in quarterly audits and tax documentation preparation
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Support compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
