- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting preparation
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and maintain financial records
- Support audit processes by compiling documentation and responding to inquiries
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle) for data entry and analysis
- Contribute to budget variance analysis and financial forecasting
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional numerical accuracy
