Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with financial statement preparation and audits
- Support tax filing documentation and compliance requirements
- Manage data entry in QuickBooks and Excel systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
- Participate in quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
