Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account maintenance
- Support audit preparations and documentation requests
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and trends
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for reporting and analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
