Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct bank reconciliations and journal entry reviews
- Support tax filing processes and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparations
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP systems)
- Document financial processes and improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Familiarity with GAAP accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- QuickBooks or ERP software knowledge preferred
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
