Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor communications
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile bank accounts
- Support tax documentation and compliance reporting requirements
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data analysis and reporting
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external audit preparations
- Document financial processes and improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (2023 graduates welcome)
- 1-2 years of internship or academic accounting experience
