Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations for diverse portfolios
- Support audit procedures and documentation requests
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately
- Conduct data entry and maintain organized financial records
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for reporting and analysis
- Adhere to GAAP standards and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates welcome)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
