Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation for audits
- Contribute to budget variance analysis and expense reporting
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain financial record compliance
- Support tax preparation activities under senior accountant guidance
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (2023-2024 graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
