Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank reconciliations
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Contribute to financial reporting and budget analysis
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- QuickBooks or ERP software experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA candidate or eligible to sit for exam
