Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Assist with general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
- Support month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Collaborate with audit teams during quarterly reviews
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Implement internal controls for financial reporting accuracy
- Utilize QuickBooks and SAP for data management
- Adhere to SEC regulations and industry compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (3.0+ GPA preferred)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or co-op experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle Financials
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA exam candidates or recent graduates encouraged
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with deadlines
