Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Assist in audits and tax filings for corporate clients
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Process payroll and maintain employee expense reports
- Implement internal controls for financial processes
- Utilize Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems for data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- CPA exam eligibility or progress toward certification
- Authorization to work in the United States
