Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements while ensuring compliance with GAAP
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor/client communications
- Support internal audits and financial reporting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting processes
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks/Accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of US tax regulations and compliance standards
- Active CPA candidate or willingness to pursue certification
